Classic Violins

Vinyl Vehicle Wrap Design

Duration • 3 Weeks from design to installation

Role • Graphic designer & Production Manager

This proved to be a captivating and challenging project, initiated with a clear vision from the client regarding the desired appearance of the vehicle design. They sought a design that harmonized with their existing branding to produce a clear visual identity. Before I started on the design they provided a variety of marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures as inspiration. These materials presented unique challenges when transitioning to a vehicle design format.

I meticulously examined the colors and images from these materials, employing Adobe Photoshop CC to thoughtfully integrate all elements. This process adhered to Gestalt Principles, color theory, and best design practices, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing result. The strategic organization of the musical instrument elements were crucial aspects of this approach, contributing to an engaging and well-crafted design. Once the design was approved, I carefully prepared the design files for high resolution printing and installation.

Final Review

I focused on making sure the design told a good story and used colors and images to make the brand stand out. The client was very satisfied with the final design, which goes to show that by using advanced design methods, I was able to turn their initial ideas into a visually striking vehicle design.
